TEXTILE & MANUFACTURING

Textile management software from buyer PO to final shipment

The Linksoft Textile Management Expert System tracks every order through the factory — weaving, dyeing, processing, packaging, delivery — so the front office and the factory floor finally agree on where things stand.

Built for textile and terry-towel manufacturers, dyeing and bleaching units, and export houses in Karachi and across Pakistan — the industry Linksoft has served since 1998.

What the registers can't tell you

01

Order status lives in phone calls

A buyer asks where their order is, and the answer requires three phone calls to the floor. Nobody sees the whole pipeline in one place.

02

Production and paperwork drift apart

Greige in, finished goods out — but the registers recording it lag days behind the floor, so costing and planning run on stale numbers.

03

Export orders punish small mistakes

Buyer requirements on packing, labelling and delivery windows leave no room for a batch delivered wrong or late — and manual tracking invites exactly that.

Textile Management Expert System

One pipeline, every stage tracked

Each production stage is a module, and every module feeds the same order record — from the buyer's PO to the truck leaving the gate.

01

Buyer Purchase Orders

Incoming orders captured and tracked against production from day one.

02

Weaving Module

Production planning and loom management on the factory floor.

03

Dyeing Module

Dye batch tracking and quality control.

04

Processing Module

Finishing and treatment workflows, tracked batch by batch.

05

Packaging Module

Packing instructions, labelling and batch management to the buyer's specification.

06

Receiving & Delivery

Inbound raw material and outbound shipment tracking — what came in, what left, when.

07

Reporting & Analytics

Real-time production, sales and inventory reports across the whole pipeline.

Software for towel factories and terry manufacturers

Linksoft was founded in 1998 inside Karachi's towel industry, and terry manufacturing is still the system's home ground. Towel production has its own shape — yarn into warping and weaving, greige into dyeing and bleaching, processing and finishing, then cutting, sewing and packing to a buyer's specification — and the system's modules follow that shape stage by stage rather than forcing towel work into generic manufacturing screens.

Our client roster tells the story: towel producers like Imperial Towels, Fatima Towel, Best Towel and Gulzar Towels, alongside the dyeing and bleaching units — Mohammad Dyeing, Naeem Dyeing, Karmanwala Dyeing and Bleaching and others — that towel export depends on. Towel software in Pakistan is not a niche we entered; it is where we started.

Accounting built for textile factories

Production software that ignores the books only digitises half the factory. The Textile Management Expert System carries double-entry financial accounting in Pakistani conventions — vouchers, party ledgers, trial balance — integrated with operations, so goods movements and sales become accounting entries without re-typing.

That is what accounting software for a textile or towel factory has to mean: the mill's money and the mill's production in one system that always agrees with itself.

Deployment

How deployment works

Every deployment is scoped with you before any commitment — records, training and go-live support included.

  1. 01

    Map the mill

We sit with your production and accounts people and map the real flow — units, stages, registers — before configuring anything.

  2. 02

    Configure and migrate

Modules are configured to your stages; open orders and running balances move into the system.

  3. 03

Run in parallel, then cut over

The floor runs on the system while the old registers wind down; training happens on your orders, not demo data.

Textile software, answered

What is textile management software?

Textile management software is an ERP built for fabric and towel production: it tracks orders from the buyer's purchase order through weaving, dyeing, processing and packaging to delivery, and keeps production, inventory and reporting in one system instead of floor registers.

Does it work for towel factories specifically?

Yes. Linksoft has served Karachi's terry-towel manufacturers since 1998 — clients include towel producers such as Imperial Towels, Fatima Towel, Best Towel and Gulzar Towels — and the system's weaving, dyeing, processing and packaging modules follow terry production stage by stage.

Can it track an order across departments?

Yes — that is the system's core design. Every module writes to the same order record, so a buyer PO can be followed from yarn to shipment without a single phone call to the floor.

Does it handle dyeing and processing units?

Yes. Dye batches are tracked with quality control, and processing/finishing workflows are managed batch by batch — several of our longest-running clients are dyeing and bleaching units.

What reporting does it provide?

Real-time production, sales and inventory reports across every stage — order status, stage-wise work in progress, and what was received and delivered, without waiting for month-end.

Can it be customised to our factory's workflow?

Yes. Every mill runs differently; the system is configured to your actual stages and units during deployment, and Linksoft builds custom modules where your workflow needs them.

From purchase order to delivery — every step, under control.
