FBR digital invoicing, free for five invoices a month

Before FBR lets you issue a real electronic invoice, you have to clear a set of sandbox test invoices matched to your business activity and sector. A textile manufacturer gets twelve of them. Most software leaves you to type each one by hand. This works out which ones apply to you, fills them in, and submits them.

It is not a trial. Five invoices FBR accepts, every month, at no cost. Rejections, drafts and every sandbox test are unlimited and always free.

The services

Seven service lines, one standard of work

From a single landing page to a fully interconnected multi-unit ERP — and everything between. A small system that solves the problem beats a large one that impresses, and we will tell you which yours is.

All services

Every industry

Not only textile — and not only the complicated ones

Linksoft is best known for textile because that is where it started in 1998. The engine underneath — records, roles, scheduling, stock, costing, billing and double-entry accounting — is not industry-specific.

All industries

In every build

What every Linksoft system carries, without being quoted for

01

We scope on-site

We come to your premises and watch the operation before specifying anything.

02

Any complexity, any size

A simple single-team tool or a fully interconnected multi-unit ERP — both are real projects here.

03

Cloud or offline

Cloud-based, on-premise, or whatever arrangement your operation actually needs.

04

Bank-level security

Row-level and column-level security, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, automated backups.

05

Fast everywhere

Cloud deployments served from the edge node nearest each user, with no single point of failure.

06

Training and manuals

Per-role training on your own data, plus written manuals so the system outlives the staff who launched it.

07

You can own it outright

Source code and database schema handover, including white-label resale arrangements.

08

Since 1998

Twenty-eight years of systems still in production, supported by the people who built them.

How we work

A fixed sequence, shaped to your business

  1. 01

    Scope

We visit, watch the operation, and write down what the system must do — in your words.

  2. 02

    Specify

Modules, screens and reports agreed in writing before building.

  3. 03

    Build

Working increments you can see and correct early.

  4. 04

    Deploy

Data migration, per-role training, parallel run where needed.

  5. 05

    Support

Fixes and additions for as long as the system runs.
