CRM development in Pakistan — a system you own, not a subscription you rent
Most CRM decisions in Pakistan come down to arithmetic nobody does out loud: a per-user monthly fee in foreign currency, forever, versus a system built once to fit and owned outright. Linksoft builds the second, and will tell you honestly when the first is the better answer.
The arithmetic most vendors would rather you skipped
A subscription CRM is cheaper on day one and never stops being a cost. Priced per user per month in dollars, it grows with your headcount and with the exchange rate, and it is billed for as long as the business exists. A custom CRM is a larger single investment that ends, leaves you owning an asset, and carries no per-seat penalty for growing your sales team.
Which wins genuinely depends on team size, how far your sales process sits from the generic funnel, and whether the CRM needs to see operational data. We do that comparison openly at scoping, and we have told businesses to buy the subscription when it fits.
- 01 No per-user monthly fee, in rupees or otherwise
- 02 Grow the sales team without growing the licence bill
- 03 The system is an asset you own, not access you rent
- 04 Fits your process without workarounds, because it was built to
- 05 Can read the operational systems a packaged CRM cannot see
Where packaged CRM stops fitting Pakistani businesses
The generic funnel assumes lead volume, staged qualification and deals that end. A great deal of Pakistani B2B trade runs instead on long relationships, repeat orders within them, dealer and distributor structures, quotations that reference last season's prices, and recovery that decides whether the sale was profitable at all.
When the tool cannot hold those, staff work around it, then stop using it — which is the mechanism behind most abandoned CRM installations here. A custom system models what your business actually does, including the parts that embarrass a demo.
Deployed anywhere in the country
Our CRM systems are cloud-based and served from the edge node nearest each user, so a sales team spread across Karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad gets the same responsive system with nothing installed locally. Access is enforced in the database with row-level security, so a regional team sees its own accounts and the owner sees everything.
Discovery outside Karachi runs as structured remote sessions with the people who actually sell; records are migrated and verified with your team; training happens by video on real accounts; and support runs Monday to Saturday from the Karachi engineers who built the system.
The integration argument
For any business with operations, the customer's real story is operational — open orders, delivery history, ledger balance, payment behaviour. A standalone CRM sees none of it. We connect the CRM to your ERP and accounting, or build both as one system carrying full CRM and full ERP capability against a single database.
That is a capability packaged CRM cannot match at any price, and it is usually the deciding argument for the businesses that come to us.

Which are the best CRM development companies in Pakistan?
Judge them on whether they will model your actual sales process rather than configure a template, whether they can integrate the CRM with your operational systems, whether the specification is written before building, and whether they are still supporting systems they built years ago.
Is a custom CRM cheaper than a subscription?
Over a long enough period and a large enough team, usually yes — a custom build is a single investment with no per-user monthly fee, while a subscription compounds with headcount and exchange rate. For a very small team using a package that already fits, the subscription can genuinely be the better answer, and we say so.
Can a CRM be deployed outside Karachi?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. The systems are cloud-based with nothing to install locally, discovery and training run remotely, and support comes from our Karachi headquarters in Pakistani working hours.
Can the CRM integrate with our ERP or accounting system?
Yes — that is one of the strongest reasons to build rather than subscribe. Orders won in the CRM can flow into your ERP directly, and salespeople can see ledger balances and delivery history against the account.
Can one system be both a CRM and an ERP?
Yes. We build hybrid systems carrying full CRM capability and full ERP capability as one product against one database, which removes the synchronisation problem between them entirely.
Do we own the CRM once it is built?
On a build-to-own engagement, yes — source code and database schema are handed over, with the ownership terms agreed in writing before development starts.
Tell us what your operation needs.
We scope honestly, specify in writing, and support what we build — the same way we have since 1998.
