Goods at standard rate, sold to a registered buyer
The ordinary business-to-business sale. You are selling goods at the standard sales tax rate to a buyer who holds a sales tax registration, so the invoice carries their registration number and they can claim the input tax against it. Almost every business activity has to clear this one — it is the baseline the rest are measured against.
What to send
These strings are matched by FBR's API. Send them exactly as published — including any irregular spacing or punctuation, which is deliberate and not a typo.

scenarioId is sandbox-only. It is required on sandbox submissions and must be omitted from production invoices — FBR derives the treatment from the sale type once you are live.
Who has to pass SN001
FBR assigns scenarios from your sales tax profile — your business activity and your sector. 57 of the 104 possible profiles are assigned this one.

What gets SN001 rejected
- 01
buyerRegistrationType must read Registered, and the buyer NTN must be 7 or 13 digits. Error 0002 rejects anything else.

Sending an empty buyer registration number returns error 0009, even when the buyer name is present.

salesTaxApplicable must exclude further tax and extra tax — those are separate fields.
